We thoroughly enjoyed hotel's quiet and perfectly comfortable location!!
We didn't have time, but we would definitely go again. It was a wonderful small and modern hotel in a very nice area, really close to sights and shopping street, Neumarkt which has a lot of trendy restaurants and boutiques, and the centre of town.

I had a truly delightful stay at a hidden gem in the heart of Cologne. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and train station. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided valuable tips for exploring the city. The small family atmosphere made me feel right at home. Despite the compact size of the room, it was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy hotel bar was a pleasant surprise, where locals entertained each other and I even joined in for a dance! The value for money was exceptional, and I will definitely be returning to this charming hotel. I highly recommend staying at this fantastic hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of food to choose from. They even made eggs to order which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to major landmarks and the shopping district. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even provided us with a guide to the city which was very helpful.
The bathroom was a bit cramped, but it was manageable. The view from our room wasn't the best but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to major transportation hubs and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. The room was comfortable with a nice bed. It was also quiet, which made it easy for us to sleep. We appreciated having access to bottled water.
During our Christmas stay, we had difficulty ordering breakfast, leaving us hungry and frustrated. the towels and decor were worn and tired looking.

The room and bathroom are lovely and very clean, and the hotel offers great facilities, such as freshly cooked breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff is highly helpful and friendly, making for an enjoyable stay.
One downside to the stay was the restricted wifi, which hindered work productivity for some guests.

The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was situated in a trendy area with many restaurants and shops nearby. It was also just a short walk to the river and the shopping district, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Despite being in the heart of the shopping area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
Everything was satisfactory and there were no major issues that needed improvement.
